It's so interesting to me how caught Ultra Omega Burn up in all of this that is how often do you see where somebody's really struggling with with that like there's almost a conflict of i'm not worth pushing through and getting to my goal i think that's the majority of people that struggle with their health some people really don't feel like they're worthy and how do you convince someone that they are worthy i still don't know it's it's still up to them it has to be their idea i can't tell someone they're beautiful they have to truly believe that they're beautiful they have to truly believe that they're worth.
