For almost every field, the most effective way to RS Gold start training is by doing quests. As leveling from the beginning can be very boring and monotonous, taking on quests can be more fun and typically faster. Two quests will easily take you from levels 1 to 32.
To begin, go through Doric's quest. It's easy task that does not have any conditions. Once you've completed that, you'll be able complete Digsite that will take several hours and will require 25 Intimidation, 10 Agility and 10 Herblore. If you are at those levels, reaching 32, it will take under an hour.
Later on if you want to do some more questing you can look at Plague City, The Giant Dwarf, Lost Tribe, Between a Rock and Enakhra's Lament, Making Friends with My Arm. In the course of questing, you'll be visiting numerous places like Al Kharid Mine Fossil Island Mine, Resource Area, Lovakengj Mine, Lumbridge Swamp Mining Site, Piscatoris Mine, Wilderness, Dwarven Mine, Falador, Karamja, Legends Guild, Barbarian Village and many more, so be sure to pack some stamina potion to speed up your travel.
If you feel like it's not your thing and you'd like to move to regular methods from level 1 mining, then head towards this area, the Lumbridge Swamp area, where you'll find a large amount of Copper and Tin veins for lower level players. Mining these at low levels is quite slow but you'll only need around 100 to reach level 15. Take note that during Mining training dropping all of your mined ores will help you save time, therefore do it to achieve the maximum experience rate. Mining at lower levels produces a really low profit so the ores you mine aren't worth it - you can make profits using alternative methods.
The iron is quite surprising. Iron provides the most enjoyable experience starting at level 15 all the way to level 75 , and the best f2p experience.
