Combination effect

Alcohol - The central inhibitory effect of alcohol can counteract some of the anxiety and physical tension produced by ALD-52. However, alcohol can cause dehydration, nausea, and physical fatigue, which can negatively affect the tone of the trip. Users are advised to adjust their pace and drink some of their usual alcohol.

Benzodiazepines - Benzodiazepines are very effective in reducing the intensity of the effects of ALD-52 by generally inhibiting brain activity.

Cannabis - Cannabis strongly enhances the sensory and cognitive effects of ALD-52. Extreme caution is recommended when using this combination, as it can significantly increase the chances of experiencing negative psychological reactions such as anxiety, confusion and psychosis. Users are advised to take only a fraction of their usual dose of marijuana at first and take long breaks between injections to avoid overconsumption.

Dissociation-ALD-52 enhances the cognitive, visual, and general hallucinatory effects of dissociation. On ALD-52, dissociation-induced holes, Spaces and voids, as well as internal hallucinations, become more vivid and intense. These effects correspond to an increased risk of confusion, delusions, and psychosis.

MDMA-ALD-52 and MDMA are highly synergistic, enhancing each other physically, cognitively and visually. Synergies between these substances are unpredictable, so it is recommended to start with doses that are significantly lower than those taken alone. There is some evidence that combined administration of LSD with MDMA increases the neurotoxicity of the latter, and this may extend to both A and possibly ALD-52.
