To re-configure all the settings of the Linksys WiFi range extender you will need to press the reset button.
First, look for the reset button which is mainly located at the back of the Linksys extender. After that, press the reset button with the help of a hairpin. By doing this, all the Linksys RE6700 extender LEDs will turn off. Thus, it means the Linksys WiFi range extender device is now completely reset.
Important Note: After doing this, you will be required to do the linksys re6700 setup process again. Also, you can fix the extender issue by doing this.
