However, in today's fast-paced world, many people find themselves constantly preoccupied with thoughts, distractions, and responsibilities, leading to a forgotten how to live in the now. Technological distractions:

Past traumas and anxieties:

Unresolved past traumas, regrets, and anxieties can also impect forgotten how to live in the now.
