The fourth phase of the Dha scheme in Islamabad, which began on September 1st, is on track and is expected to be completed by December 31st. To date, 914 new houses have been built and 904 are still under construction. This includes 480 'model' flats that have already been distributed and will be handed over to the beneficiaries soon. A total of 3,459 people have so far been provided with accommodation through the scheme. There are also plans to provide an additional 1,500 homes in this phase.

The project manager for Dha Phase 4 is Azam Khan Khattak and he has stated that they are expecting it to be completed within the given timeframe. He added that there have been no major hiccups so far and that all projects are on schedule.
