Mr. Virk is presently a barrister with the law firm, where the firm's primary focus is the representation of our client persons on criminal and/or quasi criminal matters.
Mr. Virk is committed to aggressively representing and protecting his client's interests and prides himself on his experience and Best criminal lawyer toronto professionalism in the criminal justice system.
Mr. Virk first gained exposure to criminal law while attending law schools in both Canada and the United States. He interned with the State Appellate Defender's office representing indigent clients and drafted criminal appeals for the Michigan Supreme Court. He also interned at the Michigan District Court where he assisted the Chief Judge, prior to attending and completing his studies at the University of Windsor Law School. Mr. Virk was awarded with the Certificate of Merit Award in Advocacy.
