People may find a build on a weekend tick convenient. That means those who have to RuneScape gold cap their build last minute have a Friday/Saturday and those who want to cap first have the same opening. For those who are at a time that is between (such like me) are free to take whatever time they'd like during the week. This is the way it would look to move the tick.

The tick is charged for a week's worth of maintenance when you move it. However, no upgrades are done. Cosmetic Enhancements. We now have Tier 7 and can work on them again. The team is working on three different goals at the same time. I have a system in place that lets me place cosmetic items as we reach our objectives. This means that there is always something for the resources to fall into. The hedge we are working on is quite expensive but will look nice (it will be located in the North-West at the kiln and mine). We are also creating shields to be hung on the second floor of the keep near the party area. We are also working on re-shaping the benches in the party room to be a cloth-covered overflow item.

Skills are simple to attain an 99% in any field. Before you begin ranting about how much time it takes to complete, I want you guys hear me out on this. As a player who is free to play I've been playing Scape since 2004. In late 2007, I could prepare 99 meals. This was huge for me because back then, we didn't have limits on skill which was a huge feat for buy old school rs gold me. It wasn't easy at all, alot of work. I've scored two 99's since then.
