How do I cancel my TUI reservation?

Within 24 hours of purchase, travellers may cancel their tickets without penalty under TUI cancellation policy. The tickets must be purchased two to seven days before departure.
The airline will keep the entire sum as a TUI cancellation fee if the guests don't show up for their flight.
The airline would not accept the cancellation if the travellers had bought a non-refundable ticket. Only the tax levied by the government and the airport would be paid by the passengers.
