  • Click on windows icon and then type in file explorer by double clicking the desktop icon 
  • Click on address bar and then search for C:\Program Files\Common Files 
  • Right click the folder named common files and then click on properties tab 
  • After that click on security tab and then select edit option 
  • The next step is to select users in the Group or user names section 
  • Click on the permissions for users’ section and turn on all permissions 
  • And lastly, select apply and hit ok
