Skin improved in two weeks? We know it sounds too good to be true, but with the right maintenance and skincare routines, you can dramatically improve your skin in just two weeks—if you put your mind to it! That means you need to kick those bad habits and treat your skin like an absolute queen. The first week is all about detoxifying and clearing the skin, while the second week is all about hydrating, soothing and repairing the skin, so when you cross the finish line, your skin will be radiant. Here's how you do it:

Check Your Beauty Hygiene
Maintaining a good skincare routine in the beauty supply store near you is practically zero point if your poor beauty hygiene cancels out all the hard work you've put in. This means you need to know what not to do. Otherwise, you'll inadvertently transfer dirt, oil, and impurities back into the skin, which can clog pores and possibly even lead to breakouts. So start cleaning with these three steps:

1. Wash your pillowcases and sheets: Your body temperature naturally rises while you sleep, and your skin begins to repair (it’s called beauty sleep for a reason!), and in the process, you’re also transferring sweat and dead skin flakes to your pillowcases. If you don't wash your pillow regularly, you'll transfer it back to your skin, as well as any residual product or dirt in your hair - oops. Try to wash your pillowcase at least once a week and turn it over halfway through the week to give it a new look.

2. Clean your makeup brushes: Brushes can become a breeding ground for dirt and bacteria if not cleaned frequently enough - we recommend weekly cleaning and rinsing the makeup sponge between uses.

3. Wash your hands before applying makeup: Always wash your hands before eating, so the same rule should apply for applying makeup.
