One of the reasons for this has been a vow to remove "not suitable" references in World of Warcraft WoTLK Gold. In response to the allegations in the lawsuit, Blizzard eliminated a host of in-game references to the former WoW director Alex Afrasiabi. That effort will continue with WoW's next 9.1.5 patch that's live on the game's public test realm. The realm is where players have noticed (via Icy-Veins) that two previous achievement names that don't seem to have aged especially well were renamed.

One, which was previously called "My Sack Is Gorgeous," has been changed to "My Storage Is Gigantique." The award is earned by purchasing and equipping a Gigantique bag from the Burning Crusade era. Blood Elf NPC called Haris Pilton. This is a riff of the famous Paris Hilton who asks players to check if they're "sack is Gigantique?!" Haris Pilton is the character, and she has a "catchphrase" was even a card in the WoW Trading Card Game (you already know, the one that existed prior to the time that World of Warcraft was a thing).

A holiday achievement named "Bros before Ho Ho Ho's," that is based on players using a mistletoe on eight NPCs that have the word "Brother" on their names It has also been changed as "Holiday Bromance."

The patch 9.1.5 will also see the removal of several in-game references to former developers such as the former lead designer Jesse McCree (whose World of Warcraft character shares that name also will be subject to a name change) and also the elimination of the ability to direct the spit emoticon at other WOW WoTLK Classic Gold players.
