I want to talk about the environment and Keto Burn DX i want to talk about our food and i want to talk about the way we our relationship with our food and how we actually refer to it particularly with this word the calorie and so this is what uh tonight's going going to be about my book um why calories don't count it's just been published today so this is in effect it's not a de facto launch it is a launch and i launched my first book at the royal institution and i'm going to launch my second book.
