Hey There, I am Alpha Jenner. Identify "Device Manager" in the Windows search and click it if your Printer Keeps Going Offline. Now expand the "Printers" section. Your printer's model number can be found by "Right Clicking" on it and choosing "Update Driver."Then, click "Search automatically" and wait while the driver for your printer is updated.
