Your main movement and secondary movements are going to be all pretty low reps usually five or less uh sets can vary from anywhere from like Stallion XL

six to sets to two sets just depends on where you are in prep and everything and uh you know you're always getting heavier with those lifts there you go bodybuilding uh my compound movements are going to be later on in the workout i usually never go below six reps at all.
