2K must remove off-ball thefts

This BS is absurd. I'm on a two-way playmaker using the 84-ball handle as well as Hof Unpluckable, especially in the center of the field, on-ball steals are uncontrollable and I don't see any reason to even exist as they are in 2k with NBA 2K22 MT. Similar to what I experience when I have an intercept and bumper steal even though this year's team is extremely strong, it is, at a minimum, skilled with timing and other things.

However, any build with an average ball handle of 70+ will never touch the ball tips and drop the ball as one of the shots hit an x. I do not believe that stealing balls from the floor at the touch of an X button is an excellent idea. As in my last game, I was playing on my previous build and faced an opponent who was shooting. At the beginning of the third quarter, the opposition team had 12 steals. There were only two or three of these were intercepts. It was me or another player in our group dribbling to create good angles or to set up our big guys, however, the moment this play shot was within 1ft of the goal, there was a steal 3 times. And every time you saw someone nearby, they would just run towards you and smashed a steals without having an opportunity to reach them before the fourth quarter, when they got their first shot.

It is also unclear why such a random mechanism for stealing is an excellent idea. They should massively alter the stealing mechanic (for instance only being capable of stealing with the stick of a pro, so you have to anticipate a dribble movement and then go to on the correct side) or numb it down to the ground. It is just making the game much more difficult.

The game was already nerfed pretty massively after many players complained. Therefore, as it is becoming unrealistic in every other aspect, I don't find an excuse to alter a particular area of it. 2K should concentrate on balancing the game's mechanics, regardless of the decision to be more arcade or more realistic. But, as I said, I've never played in the rec, so I do not know what it's like playing there, and consequently, I could be totally incorrect. I'm not really interested in the subject but nice build. I have two-way playmaker since day one. I've been currently tweaking using my rebirth build. I don't have a lot of them, at least in European servers.

If they've already nerfed it I'm not even aware of it. I'm playing on PC, so the current generation and steals are way out of control. Everybody has at least 3 steals at the conclusion of every Rec game, and these aren't always stolen by a player who is intercepted. Thanks to you, I just received this build I was playing with two-way or playshot sharp prior to using my rebirth to play it and Buy MT 2K22. However, as you could observe, I've not had as good of a time due to the issues I've just mentioned.
