The frame must be purchased from the bar, or from the person who is in charge, and then get the wood. This is similar to the building process.

You need Planks (Of the kind of wood you're building your vessel from) A nail, hammer and saw. The frame comes in three sizes. Small Medium, Large or Small. Small frames cost $10 Medium frames are priced at 50k and Large frames are priced at 100k. Once the frame is complete, you can start connecting the planks. To finish the exterior of your boat, you'll need about 100 planks. As your level advances you'll be able to add more to your boat. You can grow the size of your boat or buy multiple boats. Think about it. A whole fleet of cheap OSRS GP boats in your possession (If you're wealthy at all).
