What Causes QuickBooks Payroll Server Error?

Steps to fix QuickBooks Payroll Server Error

The user can perform the below set of steps to fix the issue in case there is an internet network.

Open Internet Explorer.

  • The user needs to first go for the tools tab and then head to Internet Options.
  • Now, choose the General
  • And move to the Browsing History section, go for click the Delete
  • Ensure that the Temporary Internet files website files are selected.
  • Also, Hit the Delete and then, OK.

Navigate to the command prompt flush the DNS.

  • In the case of Windows XP:
    • Hit the Start Run.
  • In case of Windows Vista or Windows 7:
    • Click on the Start All Programs Accessories Run.
  • Also enter the CMD, on your keyboard.
  • This will open the Command Prompt.
  • Also, enter the ipconfig/flushdns.
  • And click on Enter

Send payroll

  • Send the payroll data to the server
  • Reboot your server once the data send
