The recent decision may prove to be a significant boon for the city of Las Vegas

The recent decision may prove to be a significant boon for the city of Las Vegas. There is no such thing as a perfect science in Madden 22 mut coins, but ratings are a great indicator of a player's future potential, and that is certainly the case with KJ Wright.

Following the announcement that the former Seattle Seahawk has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders, we take a look at KJ Wright's Madden 22 rating and why it demonstrates that he is a differencemaker.

KJ Wright's Madden 22 rating demonstrates that he remains a top linebacker.

While he has plenty of experience at 32 years old and has spent a decade in the NFL, the fact that he was a free agent prior to the latest news does not imply that Wright is not valuable to the team.

The Raiders certainly wouldn't have signed him if they didn't believe he could make a difference, and taking a look at Wright's Madden 22 ratings demonstrates some of what he is capable of.

Madden 22 ratings aren't perfect, but statistical analysis of career performance and future potential all factor into them, so they're still a good starting point for determining what KJ Wright is capable of.

Although he is currently unsigned, KJ Wright has the fourth highest rating for a right outside linebacker in the entire game of Madden NFL 22 Coins, trailing only Melvin Ingram III, Bradley Chubb, and Jason Pierre-Paul.

Underneath his impressive 83 overall rating, KJ Wright has a 93 in Awareness, an 87 in Hit Power, an 89 in Play Recognition, a 91 in Pursuit, a 92 in Stamina, and an 88 in Tackling, which are all above average.

Wright immediately rises to the top of the list of the most highly regarded Las Vegas Raiders linebackers.

When it comes to making a difference for the Las Vegas Raiders, KJ Wright's potential is not only determined by how good he is at right outside linebacker when compared to the rest of the league, but also by what the Raiders have to work with on defense.

The only player who comes close to KJ Wright in terms of pure Madden 22 rating is middle linebacker Nick Kiwatkoski, who has an 81 overall rating and is four years his junior and spent the first part of his career with the Chicago Bears.

Behind these two, the Raiders don't have many other big-playmakers at linebacker, with Perryman, Morrow, and Littleton being the only other players who are likely to make a difference in the season ahead.

While only time will tell how much of a difference the addition of KJ Wright will make for the Las Vegas Raiders, the numbers indicate that he is a gamechanger on the defensive side of the ball.

He'll also be a positive influence in-game, as the roster change that brings him to the Raiders will undoubtedly improve their defensive rating as a result of the move.
