HOW TO DRESS FOR A MASSAGE IN THE MASSAGE CHAIR?

Comments · 356 Views

When preparing for a massage in a massage chair, we often remember to show off, turn off the television, play relaxing music and stop all conversations with the whole family.

However, we do not have to pay attention to our clothes. This is completely different from a visit to a massage therapist. Although this may seem small and relatively unimportant in the case of a massage chair, it affects your experience and it is advisable to consider the right clothing. The following article will tell you how to dress and what to pay to make the massage more efficient and comfortable.

APPROPRIATE CLOTHES FOR THE MASSAGE

Routine massage is not usually associated with dressing. We think about the issue of clothing before we go to the masseuse, and we ask what clothes are best. That is why we always recognize that no special clothes are needed, on the contrary - you have to undress ;-) Most likely, however, the masseuse will suggest that you keep your own underwear or wear special disposable underwear provided by the salon. The latter will intervene in a situation where you massage your hands, for example, which does not always happen due to a possible accident or injury. However, the problem of some clients may be the need to go for a massage without clothes. The condition of the massage chair is very different. The massage is done with your clothes and it should be noted that the clothes should be chosen carefully.

CLOTHES TO BE WORN IN THE MASSAGE CHAIR

Massage chair clothing should be very comfortable. Of course, you can enjoy the massage in a suit when you return from work, but you have to ask yourself if this is what you feel the most and whether you can relax and unwind. Of course, you can also undress, like in a massage parlor. In this case, however, you must remember that it is still a mechanical massage and the pressure on the arm massage is worse if you do not have clothes.

The most important aspect of massage is pleasure and maximum comfort. The most important thing is to feel good and free. Clothes should not restrict your movement or discomfort. It is good to keep in mind the properties of things like the belt, which minimally prevents the massage, especially if it is thick and leathery. The same applies to buttons, locks, for example. in trouser pockets or trimmings on other parts of your clothing. You also have to be careful about jeans - their strong seams in the pockets or waist do not mean comfortable feelings when pressed against the body by massaging the arms, especially for slimmer people ;-) It is also worth babysitting and unpacking jewelry, especially if the chair massages your arms.
